In Memory of Andy Scribilo
March 12, 1961 – December 15, 2025

It is with profound sadness that the Kenora and District Chamber of Commerce (KDCC) announces the passing of its President, Andy Scribilo, who passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 64.

Born March 12, 1961, Andy was a proud member of Kenora’s community and took great pride in his Ukrainian heritage. He dedicated more than 25 years of service to the Kenora and District Chamber of Commerce, first assuming the role of President in 2002, and continuing to serve with unwavering commitment and integrity throughout his tenure.

In addition to his leadership with the KDCC, Andy was a longtime employee of Bell, where he was equally respected for his professionalism and dedication. Through his work with the Chamber, Andy was a passionate advocate for Kenora’s business community. He worked tirelessly to address safety concerns in the downtown core, support and uplift local business owners, and champion the need for additional housing projects throughout the community.

Andy’s leadership, advocacy, and genuine care for the well-being of Kenora will leave a lasting legacy. His steady presence, thoughtful guidance, and deep commitment to the community will be greatly missed by colleagues, partners, and friends.

The Kenora and District Chamber of Commerce extends its deepest condolences to Andy’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.

Andy is in the care of Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. At this time, no public services have been announced.

In light of this devastating loss, KDCC Vice-President Tim Gosnell will serve as Interim President of the KDCC Board as the organization moves forward while honouring Andy’s legacy.
