Message from the President
Thank you for your continued support of the Kenora and District Chamber of Commerce. I am honoured to step into the role of Interim President during this time of transition for our organization.
In December 2025, we experienced the unexpected and deeply felt loss of our President, Andy Scribilo. Andy’s dedication, leadership, and passion for the business community left a lasting impact on the Chamber and on Kenora as a whole. On behalf of the Board of Directors, we remain committed to carrying forward the values and vision he championed.
Looking ahead, the Board and I are focused on how we can best support and advocate for our members and help local businesses prosper. Our mission remains clear: to promote and advocate for a thriving business community that supports the growth and success of our members. In the year ahead, we will continue to listen, collaborate, and seek meaningful ways to provide value to our business community.
I would like to thank the returning and newly elected members of the Board of Directors who have volunteered their time, experience, and energy to support the Chamber’s goals. Their commitment ensures stability and momentum as we move forward together.
As we move into the coming year, the Chamber will continue to host and support key events, build partnerships with other organizations, and work closely with municipal and provincial partners. We will also continue to bring forward issues affecting our members through the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
Thank you for your continued trust and involvement. Together, we look forward to a year of collaboration, resilience, and opportunity for the Kenora business community.
